REMUNERATION: As per agreed with HR

COMPLIANCE: All Local Saudi Arabia Laws

Job purpose

To plan and supervise all activities of C&T department and achieve bottom line for the department.

Qualifications

- Master’s Degree
- Holding certificates or diplomas required for the approval for audit products

Skills
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Good communication skills
- Computer related skills
- Conflict management and negotiation skills

Duties and responsibilities

 Assign tasks and monitor performance of operations teams.

 Achieve quarterly sales targets assigned / Agreed by the Management.

 To plan day to day operations and deliver trainings and conducting audits when needed.

 In collaboration with management, pursue opportunities for growth and development, by developing
industry links for Certification and training services.

 Further development in new regions like hiring and expansion of presence.

 Identify and implement opportunities to improve Business and Suggestions for evolving business areas in Training
and certification Sector.

 Support other ‘Business Services / Divisions’ in goal achievement.

 Support sales team in achievement of targets.

 Any additional task assigned by the supervisor.
