The Gallery on the River will be a new 160-unit workforce and affordable housing

Drive, Miami, FL Folio #01-0107-010-1110. The new building will be built on a vacant

portion of the Jack Orr Plaza property currently owned by Miami-Dade County

Pursuant to the Planning and Zoning Department fee schedule, a fee of $150 shall be required prior to the review
and issuance of this planning application. The application fee for signs and murals is $75. Permit fees are non-
refundable.
