Group Life Assurance It is entitled for a group of employees or workers (not fewer

than 5 number of employees) to be insured collectively

against death or injury.

Who Can Apply? Any Employer can buy it to insure his/her workers or
employees.

Medical Examination The insured employees aged between 18 to 45 years of

age, visibly healthy with the recommendation of
employer and each with a sum insured not more than
one million kyats will be exempt from medical
examination. If the insured person is age between 46-
60 years or with a sum insured more than one million
kyats each then a medical examination is require and to
be done by doctors appointed by our company.

Our Helpdesk Our Prudential Team (PMLI) or our Agents will assist
with the applications, premium payments and claim
procedures.

Death Benefit If an insured worker dies during the period of insurance,

his/her beneficiary will be paid the Death Claim (sum
insured) through the employer.

Injury Benefit If an insured worker gets injured during the period of

insurance, he/she will be indemnified as follows:

Injury Percentage of the sum

insured Permanent total disability 100%

Total loss of eye sight (one eye) 50%

 Loss by separation of one hand or leg 50%

Fracture of one hand or leg 25%

Total loss of hearing (one hearing) 25%

For injuries not listed above reasonable compensations will be paid based on medical recommendation.

Exclusions: Not claimable if the injuries sustain from Death,

Narcotic drugs, self-inflicting injuries

Sum Insured From 10,000 kyats to 5,000,000 kyats per person

Period of Insurance One year (renewable on expiry)

Premium Premium is fixed 1% of the sum insured for each

individual in the group.

Mode Of Premium Payment Total premium must be paid in lump sum.
