Role Title: Placement and Alumni Relations Officer Purpose
of the Role:
• To ensure that the institute succeeds in its mission of achieving placement
records.
• To coordinate with the Placement co-ordinator in identifying the potential
companies and inviting them for Final Placements and Summer Internships.
• To be the point of contact between alumni and college.
• To conduct the admission process for all the 5 departments.
• To coordinate with B-school magazine and providing data to them for B-school
survey.

Summary:
The summary of entire project can be summed into:
1. To ensure that the institute succeeds in its mission of achieving placement
records and to be the point of contact between alumni and college.
2. To conduct the admission process for all the 5 departments.
3. To coordinate with B-school magazine and providing data to them for B-school
survey.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Placement Details:
1. Students data compilation and verification.
2. Responsible for the printing of placement brochure
3. Contacting the organizations/Industries to visit the campus and coordinate with
them, frequent follow up and fixing the probable dates for the recruitment process.
4. Verifying students’ CV record for summer placement purpose and coordinating
the same with placement coordinator.
5. Synchronizing with the local hotels and XISS administration for the arrangement
of transport and stay arrangement of some of the recruiters.
6. Coordinate with the hospitality group to ensure the smooth arrangement of
activities during the different placement phase.
Admission Process:
1. Coordinating with the head of the department for the admission process
2. Calculation of total score of candidates which includes GD, PI and WAT
3. Preparing the final list for the selected candidates
4. Other Duties:
a) Coordinating with various B school magazine and providing them with the
college data
b) Maintaining and updating the alumni database
c) Sending mails of seasons Greeting to alumni

Qualifications: Post Graduation in any field preferably in Finance
Experience: 0-3yrs
