BIENVENIDA Y PRESENTACIÓN

Buenos días señoras y señores. Aerolíneas Politecnico, el Capitán ____________, el

damos la bienvenida a bordo del vuelo ______, con destino a _________ y conexiones. El

USO CINTURON DE SEGURIDAD

Abroche y ajuste su cinturón de seguridad mientras esté sentado y siempre que la

señal lo indique. Para hacerlo, inserte la punta metálica en la hebilla y ajústelo halando la
correa. Para desabrocharlo, levante la parte superior de la hebilla.

Please keep your seatbelt fastened while seated and always while the seatbelt sign
is on. To fasten your seatbelt, insert the tab into the buckle and adjust it by pulling the
strap. To unfasten it, lift the metal plate on top of the buckle

SALIDAS DE EMERGENCIA

Este avión cuenta con 6 salidas de emergencia, cada una con tobogán para
evacuación en tierra; 4 de éstas están equipadas con balsas para evacuación en agua
ubicadas adelante y atrás.

This aircraft has 6 emergency exits, all equipped with slides for evacuation on land
and 4 life rafts for water landings located forward and aft.

USO MASCARA DE OXIGENO

En caso de despresurización, las máscaras de oxígeno caerán de la unidad de servicio

ubicada arriba de su asiento. Para utilizarla:
Hálela, colóquela sobre nariz y boca, pase el elástico alrededor de su cabeza; ajústela
halando los extremos y respire normalmente. Aunque la bolsa no infle, el oxígeno estará
fluyendo.
Asegure su máscara primero y luego ayude a quienes necesiten asistencia. Use la
máscara hasta que la tripulación se lo indique.

In case of a loss of air pressure, an oxygen mask will drop down from the service
unit above your seat. To use it:
Pull it towards you and place it over your nose and mouth. Pass the elastic band
around your head, adjust it by pulling the ends, and breathe normally. Oxigen will be flowing
through the mask even if the bag does not inflate.
Put your mask on first before helping anyone who needs assistance. Do not remove
the mask until instructed by a crew member.

USO CHALECOS SALVAVIDAS

El chaleco salvavidas se encuentra debajo o a un lado del asiento. Para utilizarlo,

pase su cabeza por la abertura. Asegúrelo pasando la cinta alrededor de su cintura,
abróchelo y ajústelo a su medida halando del extremo.
El chaleco no debe ser inflado dentro de la cabina. Al salir del avión, hale de las dos
perillas rojas para inflarlo o sople a través de los tubos rojos que se encuentran a cada lado.
Una luz de localización se activará al contacto
con el agua.
Sustraer los chalecos del avión es un delito penalizado por las autoridades.

A life vest is located under or beside your seat. To use it, pass your head through the
opening, secure the strap around your waist and fasten it at the front. Adjust it by pulling
on the belt.
Do not inflate your life vest inside the aircraft. Once outside, inflate the vest by pulling
on the red tab or blowing into the tubes. A locator light will activate when in contact with
water.
Removing life vests from the aircraft is penalized by the authorities.

USO Y UBICACIÓN DE LA TARJETA DE SEGURIDAD, LUCES Y TIMBRE DE

LLAMADO

En el bolsillo del asiento frente a usted encontrará una tarjeta con información de
seguridad, les recomendamos leerla antes del despegue.
En la unidad de servicio, arriba de su asiento encontrará una luz de lectura y un
timbre de llamado para solicitar nuestra asistencia. Gracias por su atención

In the seatback pocket in front of you, you will find a safety information card, we
advise you to read it before take-off.
In the service unit above your seat you will find a reading light and call button to ask
for assistance.

APARATOS ELECTRÓNICOS MODO AVIÓN

A partir de este momento, los dispositivos equipados con tecnología modo avión
deben ser seleccionados en esta opción. Adicionalmente verifique que el sistema
Wi-Fi se encuentre deshabilitado. Aquellos aparatos que no incorporen esta tecnología
deben estar apagados.

From this moment, electronic devices equipped with airplane mode must be selected
to this option. Additionally check the Wi-Fi system is disabled. Devices not equipped with
this feature, must be turn off.

USO DE LOS BAÑOS

Les informamos que el/los baño(s) se encuentra(n) localizado(s) en la parte

media/posterior del avión. El/los baño(s) ubicado(s) en la parte delantera es/son
exclusivo(s) para pasajeros en clase ejecutiva.

The lavatory/lavatories is/are located on the middle/rear of the aircraft. Those located
at the front are for business class passengers.

CABINA IMPECABLE

Con el fin de reciclar y mantener la cabina limpia, recogeremos los elementos del
servicio.
Les solicitamos depositar en la bolsa los residuos vacíos y secos.

In order to keep the cabin clean, we will collect all elements used during service.
Please, place any empty and dry objects in the waste disposal unit as we pass.

ATERRIZAJE

Para el aterrizaje, verifique que el cinturón de seguridad esté abrochado y ajustado,

el respaldar de su asiento en posición vertical, el equipaje de mano guardado y asegurado,
(la persiana de la ventana abierta) y la mesa individual asegurada. (El control remoto,
descansa pies, portavasos y ganchos deben estar guardados y asegurados.)

Les recordamos que sus aparatos electrónicos deben estar en modo avión. (Por su
seguridad, las cobijas deben estar dobladas y ubicadas en el bolsillo del asiento o detrás de
su espalda.)

For landing, make sure your seatbelt is fastened and adjusted, your seatback is in the upright
position, the carry-on luggage stowed and locked, (your window shade open), and tray table stowed.
(Handsets, footrests, cup holders, and hooks must be stowed and locked).

We remind you that all electronic devices must be in airplane mode. (For your safety, fold
the blankets and place them in the seatback pocket or behind your back.)
