Incident report :

Archie Halasan is a silent type boy inside the classroom . He opts to sit
at the back of class . I observed several times that every break time he just
went straight to the auditorium and sit alone at the bench. I noticed also that
he is very aloof to his classmates that’s why approached him this Wednesday
to ask him what maybe the problem of his aloofness. Based on our
conversation I found out that this boy is suffering from financial problem.
Sometimes his parents don’t give him a “ baon” because his parents have no
permanent job. The reason why is so aloof to his classmates and friends is
because gets intimated with his friends every break time because they can
buy the things/food they want. I told to him that if he doesn’t have money to
buy foods , don’t hesitate to approach me so I can share the foods that I have.
From that time I left some food for him to eat on a break time and he thanks
me a lot for doing that.

Incident report :

Every Monday morning I noticed that Joshua always came to my class

late and his always reason is their house is too far away from them main road
and he needs to walk for 20 mins just to reach the main road where the
public utility vehicles are passing by. I gave him second chance but he still
committed the same act and still came late to my subject. That’s why I talked
to him personally to know what may be the real reason of his tardiness.
Joshua revealed that he is joining in Ms. Gay every Sunday evening hoping to
earn money from winning. He told me that he is doing this to help his parents
in lessening some expenses especially in his studies. He also shared to me some
of his winning moments on Ms. Gay pageant and could see on his eyes that he
is happy on his life and he has no regret nor ashamed that he is doing it . But
as his adviser I told him that he should balance his studies and sidelines
because he may unconsciously taking for granted his schooling because of it.
But I also commend his positivity in life.

Incident report :

This Thursday I saw Mark and his girlfriend Czyrah ( who is

apparently his classmate) on the corridor of the school. I personally witnessed
that Mark kissed Czyrah on the lips and I was really shocked and frightened
at the same time of what may people think of them. That’s why immediately
approached them and tell them that it is not good in the eyes especially there
is minor inside the school . I gave them an advice that public displays of
affection is prohibited inside the school premises because they might be
expelled if they were caught by the admin. They say sorry to me and promised
me that they are not going to do that again.

Incident report:

Thursday morning I discerned that Czyrah Jem was not in her class.
That’s why ask his classmates where is their classmate Czyrah. They told that
she is absent and they don’t know the reason of not attending the class. I don’t
have anything to do with it so ignore it and put to myself that she maybe has a
sick. Later that afternoon when I was walking by on the street of Digman to
buy new pair of slippers I noticed a very familiar face on other side of the
road. So I went closely to the “Lugawan” where I saw a familiar face. When I
finally got there I was surprised that Czyrah was in there serving Lugaw to
the customers and it melts my heart seeing my student doing such things just
to earn money. The next day Czyrah was present on the class that’s why
immediately talk to him since it is still not their time. I told to her that I saw
her yesterday serving foods to the customer. Czyrah was a bit surprise when
she heard what I say . This where I found out that Czyrah was helper on that
Lugawan . She earns 150 per day and her shifting hour is from 7pm to 1am.
Her revelation bothered a lot because her shifting schedule. She said that if
she won’t do that she will not have a “ baon” the next day. What surprised me
the most is she has 10 siblings which some of them are still studying. That’s
why she is the one who initiate to get a work to finance her studies. I admire
her dedication to finish her studies but also warn her that she should manage
her time so her studies will not be affected. She promised that she will take
note of it.

Incident report:

I consistently notice that these past few days , Keneth is not attending
his class for no valid reason that’s why I immediately call the attention of his
guardian. This morning I talk to his elder sister who is fortunately on her day-
off today. She told me that their can’t go to school because he has a jeepney to
drive on everyday while their mother is a domestic helper in Saudi that’s why
she the only person that can go in school. I asked some questions to Keneth’s
sister and I found out keneth was so addicted to mobile games and chose not
to go to school to play Mobile Legend app at home. She also told me they cant
check if Keneth is attending his class because everybody has work early in the
morning. They just giving Keneth his everyday allowance at night to assure
that Keneth has a ‘‘baon’’. I told to her sister if they will not do anything
about it Keneth will fail his academics and will surely get a low performance
in school. His sister assured to me that Keneth will not miss his class starting
today.
