9) Get on the elevator and set the Independent operation switch of OPB to On. From this time maintenance operation starts.
10) Register the Car Call of the floor press Close button until the elevator starts.
When the elevator arrives at the target floor, all devices (Indicator, Lantern, Hall Button etc.) mounted to the hall operate in a cyclical way.
12) If there is another floor subject to check, repeat the process from 10) to 11).

5. Trouble Diagnosis
2) Measures
Step 1: Check all control panel spec to see whether same car ID is set or not.
Step 2: Check that DIP/SW of DOL-200 or DOL-210 is set correctly.
2) Measures
Step 1: Check the operating status of group management system and interface board (DOL-200).
Step 2: Check the starting status of control panel connected to the corresponding row.
Step 3: Check that button is registered by pressing Hall button.
Step 1-1: If Hall button is registered
Step 1-1-1: Check the connection between Indicator and Hall board.
If there is no problem in the connection, Hard Ware of Indicator is in failure.
Step 1-2: If Hall button is not registered
Step 1-2: Check the status of communication between Hall board and interface board(DOL-100) of corresponding floor by using the LCD of group management
system.
1) Diagnose the failure of communication with corresponding OpCode by using LCD OpCode 943(line 1 and 2), 944(line 3 and 4) and 945(line 5 and 6).
2) If communication is in failure, check the wiring of communication line and power line of Hall board.
3) If wiring is not in failure, Hard Ware of Hall board is in failure.
3) Ex: In the building where four elevators with four Hall rows are installed, one elevator with one indicator is placed on the left of each Hall Line. Car No. 1 is installed on the
left of row 1, car No. 2 on the left of line 2, car No. 3 on the left of line 3 and car No. 4 on the left of line 4.

The method of check when the indicator of car No. 1 does not show any information
(1) Change the setting of SW2-IO S/W1 from [PIN8]00000001[PIN1] to [PIN8][00000010[PIN1] to make sure the information of car No. 2 is displayed in the indicator of car
No. 1.
(2) If the information of car No. 2 is shown in the indicator of car No. 1 after performing (1), car No. 1 is in trouble or communication with car No. 1 does not work.
(3) If Indicator information is not shown even after the car information shown in the indicator of car No. 1 is changed by performing (1), DOL-200 board or DOL-210 board
may have problem. Check the communication by using the group management annunciator.
2) Measures
Step 1: If Hall buttons of other rows can not be registered
Step 1-1: Check that elevator is incorporated into group management panel. (Use LCD OpCode 750.)
Step 1-2: Check that service enable elevator is in the troubled button. (Select one among OpCode 610 to OpCode 647 of LCD)
Step 2: Check the power input status of group management panel and interface board (DOL-200).
Step 4: Check the connection status of Hall board. (Diagnose the failure of communication with corresponding OpCode by using LCD OpCode 943(line 1 and 2),
944 (line 3 and 4) and 945(line 5 and 6).)
Step 5: Check the call type setting status of Hall board. (Check the call type is set to one (K, L, M, N) not applied to the proper building.)
2) Measures
Step 1: Replace it with the button in other row not flickering and do the test. (Wait for three minutes.)
If it continues flickering: Button signal is being input continuously due to the error in the wiring of Hall button.
Step 1-1: Check Hall button and Hall board wiring.

2) Expected Causes
(1) Car ID is overwritten to cause the repeated cycle of incorporation and incorporation release. It brings about a repetition in which the ID is indicated when incorporated and
the ID is not indicated when incorporation is released.
(2) The conditions where incorporation and incorporation release shown in the above (1) are done repeatedly.
The above problem occurs if car ID is overwritten and any of the overwritten cars is not incorporated.
3) Measures
(1) Input OpCode 750 in the LCD.
Line Data Description
1 A/B/C/D/E/FF/GGG A: operating system/stand-by system (1: stand-by system) B: Operating MICOM down C: Stand-by MICOM down
2 HHIIJJKKMMNNOO (down when set to 1) D: operation mode E: Write Protection status (released when set to 1) FF: incorporated elevator
3 PPPPPPPP/QQQQ bit information GGG: running floor number HH~OO: present time(year, month, day, one of weekday, hour, minutes,
second) PP~PP: system status flag QQQQ: H/W connection status
(2) Check whether the data of FF changes repeatedly. For example, $01=>$00=>$01=>$00
(3) If the data changes repeatedly, Check the car ID.

5.7. When The LED For Communication With Monitor Panel Does Not Flicker
Measure 1: Check that the supervisory panel line is connected to the MD connector of DOC-200 board.
Measure 2: Check that the supervisory panel ID set in the SW6 of DOC-200 board is within 65 ~ 80.
Measure 3: Check that the group management ID set in the supervisory panel is equal to the value set in the SW6 of DOC-200 board.
Measure 2: Check auto parking status. (Elevator under automatic parking is excluded from parking)
(1) Check auto parking status by using LCD OpCode 105.
(2) Identify which elevator is under auto parking: ($1A1562)
5.10. When The Door Does Not Close Even Though Close Button Is Pressed
Measure 1: Check Close Button Suppression Status
(1) Check Close button suppression status by using LCD OpCode 120.
(2) Check Car Status→Close Button Cut($1B5D2A)
