My OJT Learning Experience

Introduction:

I take my On the Job Training (OJT) for about 2 weeks and 3 days, and one thing

that I'd notice during my On the Job Training (OJT), and that is the hospitability and

being humble of the employees there. And also I'd face is how to prove yourself that

you really doing your part.

Body:

During in Magtoto's Lodge and Restaurants is I've learned that you need to have a

self-confidence, sometimes I feel so shy and nervous to all of the people that surround

me and there is so many reason and stuffs that playing on my mind, such as what if I

failed? What should I do?, but I take those thoughts as a challenge for me to improve

myself more. In this On-the-Job-Training (OJT), I learned to be tough and act

professional in front of different people. I also learned the different styles in slicing

vegetables and also I learned how to make shomai. Every day is a new challenge for

me to face different people, but I know to myself that God is always there to guide us.

There are things I've learned during my On-the-Job-Training (OJT). First you need to

be polite and learn from your mistakes and you need to smile always. I also learned to

face and talk to different people that have a different attitude. And I will never expect

that I can do all what I done and I realize you need to trust yourself. On January 22
and 26 they assign us on housekeeping. I learned how to make a swan using a towel.

I've learn a lot during the On-the-Job-Training (OJT).

Conclusion:

Therefore, I conclude that you need to be good to your workmates. You need to

be kind, faithful, honest, and specially you need to understand each other. I'm very

happy because they assigned me to the part of Magtoto's Lodge and Restaurant. And

I'm so proud of myself because I learned a lot of things there that can help me to seek

a good job in the near future. I'm very glad because I meet different people and you

need to face the real world. I learned to be more active in every task that they give to

me, because of On-the-Job-Training (OJT) I improved my skills and confidence to

socializing to the other people. You can be success, if you will work hard for it.

Recommendation:

For me, experience can help you to be successful in your future job because you

can apply all your learning’s here. And because of my experience during my On-the-

Job-Training (OJT) I realized that it's very hard to seek money that can fullfill the

daily needs of your family in your everyday life.
