Introduction:
I take my On the Job Training (OJT) for about 2 weeks and 3 days, and one thing
that I'd notice during my On the Job Training (OJT), and that is the hospitability and
being humble of the employees there. And also I'd face is how to prove yourself that

During in Magtoto's Lodge and Restaurants is I've learned that you need to have a
self-confidence, sometimes I feel so shy and nervous to all of the people that surround
me and there is so many reason and stuffs that playing on my mind, such as what if I
failed? What should I do?, but I take those thoughts as a challenge for me to improve
professional in front of different people. I also learned the different styles in slicing
vegetables and also I learned how to make shomai. Every day is a new challenge for
me to face different people, but I know to myself that God is always there to guide us.
There are things I've learned during my On-the-Job-Training (OJT). First you need to
be polite and learn from your mistakes and you need to smile always. I also learned to
face and talk to different people that have a different attitude. And I will never expect
that I can do all what I done and I realize you need to trust yourself. On January 22
and 26 they assign us on housekeeping. I learned how to make a swan using a towel.
Conclusion:
Therefore, I conclude that you need to be good to your workmates. You need to
be kind, faithful, honest, and specially you need to understand each other. I'm very
happy because they assigned me to the part of Magtoto's Lodge and Restaurant. And
I'm so proud of myself because I learned a lot of things there that can help me to seek
a good job in the near future. I'm very glad because I meet different people and you
need to face the real world. I learned to be more active in every task that they give to
socializing to the other people. You can be success, if you will work hard for it.
Recommendation:
For me, experience can help you to be successful in your future job because you
can apply all your learning’s here. And because of my experience during my On-the-
Job-Training (OJT) I realized that it's very hard to seek money that can fullfill the
