- Election fever is on. The candidates running for local
government will be invited for a discussion on a TV network
regarding their plans for adoption of global health initiatives to
local policies and programs. Two representatives from each
group will act as candidates while the rest of the members will
be researches and will provide the pertinent data for the forum

and shall be the audience during actual discussion. The

moderator shall discuss the rules of the forum and each
candidates will be given time to lay down his/her plans and may
be further questioned by other candidates and the audience as
well. Each candidate therefore should make a clear, acceptable,
feasible plan and should win the vote of the audience. The
success of each group will be determined by a rubric.
