I understand, pain comes from the primal interpretation
of our 5 senses that we are separated by something from someone,
something or a group.

I understand, this same interpretation comes from the belief that we

are tiny little bodies separated from the rest.

I understand, it is even proven by quantum mechanics that we can’t

even be separated from the rest, because it wouldn’t even be possible
to exist in this form (without gravitation, exchange oxygen-nitrogen,...).

I understand, identifying ourselves by our body to be separated

from others is an illusion.

I understand, if pain comes from the illusion that we can be separated

from the rest, that the opposite of pain, is found by using our 5 senses
together with our insight of connection.
Similar to when we gained the insight in the 14th century, every ocean
is connected with land, our 5 senses could be used for `excitement`
instead of fear.

I understand, when we use our 5 senses without the insight that we all
are connected, our 5 senses only will give us proof that we are
separated bodies, all disconnected, by form, color, etc.

I understand, from the insight that we only can and will stay connected,
that our exact same senses will give us proof of connection.

CHECK THE BOXES I understand, when we perceive the insight of connection (f.e. that all
oceans are connected to land instead to that we could fall off),
our exact same experience shifts from fear and pain to excitement and
adventure.

I want to heal myself from all fear, pain and limitations.

I understand, healing doesn’t mean curing or covering up symptoms

with medication. But means becoming whole again or
5 SENSES realizing and experiencing with excitement that we have always been
whole and connected no matter what we may have believed and
perceived with our previous limited perspective.
Like the ocean has always been whole and connected with the land,
no matter what storm, mist or limited perspective made us believe
FEAR otherwise.

INSIGHT OF I am prepared to shift my perspective from being a small, separated,

CONNECTION + damaged and unworthy body to being the awareness that everything is
connected. My awareness of only that uses the body as a form of
5 SENSES transportation. Similar we are not our bruised and damaged car
but we only use it as a form of transportation.

Congratulations, we took all the steps to open our mind already

EXCITEMENT conceptually for true healing or becoming whole and complete again.

Understanding with our mind conceptually without having experienced

it is worthless.I want to ‘experience’ complete and lasting fulfillment,
past any fear and pain.
ADVENTURE
Now, I am ready to put this theoretical insight into practice and
experience what it will do to me emotionally & physically. In every as-
pect of my life, relationwise and even financially.

Now I am ready to take off that scarred & tiring backpack.
