 To monitor process parameters and operate plant through DCS (Emerson Delta V) control
room as well as field.

 Handling the raw material of methanol,MDC,1-CECF,DEA,IPA,acetonitrile,chloroform
Ethyl acetate, toluene, sodium acetate, Pd/C etc.
 Checking & maintaining the stock of R/M & finished goods.
 Knowledge of PFD of the Equipment.
 Additionally handling role of Health & Safety.
 Working in shift managing, RM charging & process control with DCS (Delta V).
 Monitoring & managing manpower &utilities.
 Managing production related tasks including planning, controlling & trouble shooting for
achieving the planned periodic schedules.
 Safety Practices like Safety permit system.
 Handling of Solvent recovery of Toluene and DEA.
