PMKMY

PMKMY pension scheme for farmers launched through CSCs

The Government today started registration for Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maan-Dhan
Yojana (PMKMY), a pension scheme for farmers through Common Services Centers
(CSCs).
A monthly pension of Rs 3,000 will be provided to eligible farmers on attaining the age
of 60.

• Farmers availing PM Kisan Fund only have to give consent for deduction of

• Those farmers who are not covered under PM Kisan have to make payment of
initial contribution in cash to CSC and consent for monthly deduction through auto
debit from the farmer’s bank account.
• Farmers can register without Aadhaar in Assam, Meghalaya and J&K. However,
Aadhaar will be provided after enrolment.
Other Features are similar to PMSYM.
Not Eligible:
• Farmers having more than 2 hectare of land.
• Income Tax Payee.
• Government Servant including retired, other than Class IV.
• MP / MLA / Minister or public representatives holding other post excluding
Gram Pradhan.

DIGIPAY SAKHI

SHG (Self Help Group) Movement through CSC

DIGIPAY SAKHI, An initiative to strengthen the women of our society. Now, every
Women VLE can earn commission up to Rs. 100 on Identification and CSC ID
creation of a women SHG member.
Process flow:
Step 1: Identify a woman from a registered SHG
Step 2: Apply her CSC ID (https://register.csc.gov.in/)
Step 3: Note the CSC VLE registration application reference number
Step 4: Go to (http://cschealth.in/)
Step 5: Click on VLE login, use your CSC ID & password to login
Step 6: Click on “Self Care Group” icon
Step 7: Enter your Mobile no. and verify OTP
Step 8: Enter your details and click on submit
Step 9: Click on “Register SHG member”
Step 10: Enter the mobile no. of the SHG member and verify OTP
Step 11: Enter the SHG details (SHG name and registration number of SHG) PMKMY

Step 12: Enter the SHG member details & upload her photograph (upto 50Kb) REGISTRATIONS
across TAMIL NADU
Step 13: Enter the Aadhaar and PAN no.
Step 14: Click on “I have applied for CSC ID”
Step 15: Enter the CSC ID application reference number and submit.

Please note SHG should be a registered group and should have a valid registration
number.

all eligible CSC VLE’s. Now all the VLE’s can send credit card request at CSC digital seva por-
tal.
Application Process as given below :-

STEP 2: SELECT “HDFC LOAN” SERVICES

“I am Sudha Ramalingham - VLE from Karunya Nagar, Mathuvarayapuram Village,

Coimbatore District, Tamil Nadu.
I have enrolled new Aadhaar 2000, Correction Aadhaar 1500 and Child Aadhaar
1400.We Conducted PMGDISHA and enrolled 250 Students, BCC Course enrolled for 50
students, enrolled 100 students in British Council certified spoken English course .
We registered and generated 400 FSSAI (Food license) certificates issued to
Grocery, bakery, Restaurants, Tea Shop and every shops required FSSAI certificates in our
village.
Jeevan Pramaan life certificate issued for every pensioners. Digitalized payment
through BHIM app registered in every shop. Digi pay and AEPS payment also done. Its
useful for peoples they can able to withdraw money after bank working hours.
PMSYM 50 no of cards issued for unorganized labours. I donated first premium
for 12 deep forest living ST (Malaival Makkal) group peoples to create awreness on
PMSYM. I book Bus, Train and flight tickets through our digital seva portal. We have done
registration for GST and income tax return, PAN, Passport services , Utility payments,
Collect LIC premium and all insurances done.
Under PMFBY I have insured for above 200 farmers in different types of crops
like maize, Sorghum and Onion.
PMGDISHA In presence PMKMY cards for 15 farmer are enrolled in our center and those
REGISTRATIONS cards are issued to the beneficiaries by our Kisan pension (farmers pension) 15 Nos. issued.

I conducted Investors Awareness Programs in our village to motivate people on
investment how to plan a monthly budget for family expenses and how to invest money
safely. Totally we conducted 5 programs. We have invited officials from Insurance
Company, Agri officers, Post Master from our village as a chief guest and to educate above
investment & saving.

Mrs. Dhavamani and members of Women’s Self Help Group from Kadanthankudi
Village, Madukkur Block, Thanjavur District approached our CSC to avail Loan to develop
their coir, and coconut business.

CSC Madukkur collects the KYC documents from SHG members. Applied HDFC Bank
SHG loan through our CSC portal. Lead created. Mr. Pugalenthi, Loan Manager,
Pattukkottai Branch Verified KYC documents and made field verification. After completing
all the process the HDFC Management sanctioned the Loan Amount of Rs.2,40,000/-
(two lakh forty thousand) in a short period of time.

The Branch Manager Mr. Thirumurugan hand over the loan amount Rs.2, 40,000/- to
SHG members.

The SHG women’s conveyed their thanks to our CSC and HDFC Bank. ”
