Meal Plan for a Post-Partum Client

Purpose:

The purpose of this meal plan is to provide necessary nutrients a post-partum mother
need. Preparing an adequate supply of good quality breast milk is vital and starts on the onset
of pregnancy and towards after delivery. Hence, we prepared an affordable and appetizing
meal plan for the mother that is easy to prepare and she could enjoy.

MENU HOUSEHOLD MEASURES
