The purpose of this research is to examine the product performance of famous brand of
chocolate kit kat. The Nestle’ company has launched this brand. It is a Swiss bassed
company and it’s owner is Henri Nestle’. Who founded it in 1866. And Nestle is spending
about 1.5 billion for research and development for its products.the product of Nestle’ is
available in the markets of 130 countries all across the world.

1.Issues and challenges:

Many companies are generating their more products in the markets which is creating the

Challenges for the company. And these are the dangerous issues for the company.

For example company like Cadbury is increasing many types of discount to retailers as

Compared to distributes so just because of that retailers gives importance to that product

For sale. Various compels are competently fight on the basis of cast where as nestle
maintain and obey their standards.

2. Implementation and monitoring Issues:

European court has neglected Nestlé’s attempt for the registration of their chocolate’s
shape as their product trade mark for their specific chocolate bar .The Nestle did
arguments that their specific product chocolate is associated from the many years when Kit
kat launched I n 1935.( Retrieved 10 October 2010) and The Nestle did a proper survey
which proved that 90% of the people were purchasing a four finger Kitkat chocolate. Many
Researches have proved that Kit kat has a very” unique image” in 10 countries including
Denmark,Germany,Spain,France,Itlay,The Netherland,Finland,Swedan and Uk except
Belgium,Ireland,Greece and Portugal.

Evaluation

Concentrating on these things the company Nestle is doing a faboulus job in present time at
market and still this company is producing different types of products for example ,foods
and beverages, for every one weither for childs, adults, old ones and even for pet care. The
distinctive thing about Nestle is that it takes care of every ones choice n taste and
improving its quality day by day.

Recommendation For Nestle:

Objective Nestles market share of the chocolate/confectionary is currently at 20.0%
compared to that of Cadbury at 34.1%. Based on this it is clear that Cadbury is ahead
of Nestle in the Chocolate/confectionary department. A big reason for this is chocolate
blocks. Cadbury successfully re-launched there Cadbury dairy milk chocolate range in 1996
and it has since become a large seller. So big in fact that.
How they do business:
The ten Nestlé Corporate Business Principles are at the heart of everything we
do. They form the basis of Nestlé’s culture, which has developed over more than
140 years. (New Zealand: Fairfax Media,2010) They uphold our enduring belief that to
achieve long-term success
for our shareholders we must comply with all applicable legal requirements and
international norms, ensure that our activities are environmentally sustainable
and create significant value for society – or as we call it, Creating Shared Value.
The ten principles are implemented through the relevant codes, policies, and
other processes and tools we have developed to ensure that they are practiced
across our company every single day.
Compliance with our Corporate Business Principles is non-negotiable for all employees.
We monitor their application, audit their effectiveness and act swiftly if
they are contravened. We are also committed to continuous improvement and
are open to external engagement regarding any area of our Principles.
The ten principles of business operation – outlined below – provide the foundations
for our Creating Shared Value strategy and are addressed throughout this report.
CONCLUSION: first deal with organizational issues, including having the right people in
the right places..Second, look at the processes and then choose and implement the right
technology to achieve objectives. executive level sponsorship and ongoing support is
critical. Processes and peoples mindsets must be changed first, supported by technology.
