This portion of the meeting is for members of the public to communicate ideas or concerns to Allison Fronzaglia
the Board regarding parks and recreation issues for which a public hearing is not scheduled Mary Scott
later in the meeting (this includes consent agenda). The public is encouraged to comment on Valerie Yates
the need for parks and recreation programs and facilities as they perceive them. All speakers Pamela Yugar
are limited to 3 minutes. Depending on the nature of your matter, you may or may not receive
a response from the Board after you deliver your comments. The Board is always listening to
and appreciative of community feedback.

This portion of the meeting is for members of the board to report on PRAB’s annual work
plan goal of each member: attending two or more parks and recreation-related community parks-recreation-master-plan
activities per month; promoting parks and recreation through social media; attending site
tours; and supporting the department’s partnership initiatives.
