TO SET CASE FOR INITIAL HEARING

COMES NOW the Petitioners, through the undersigned

counsel and unto this Honorable Court, respectfully state that:

1. On 15 February 2019, Petitioners filed the above-entitled

Petition for the issuance of a new Owner’s Duplicate of Transfer
Certificate of Title (TCT) No. T-1064547 in lieu of the lost one.

2. However, the Petitioners have yet to receive an Order from

this Honorable Court setting the above-entitled case for initial
hearing.

3. As such, Petitioners respectfully move to set the instant

case for initial hearing.

 4. Subject to the availability of the Honorable Court’s calendar,
the undersigned counsel is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed of this Most Honorable

Court that an Order be issued to set the above-entitled case for initial
hearing, subject to the availability of the Honorable Court’s calendar.
