Background: Commercial Graphics Industry / Signage Industry / OOH POSM Advertising Industry
Main Players:
a. Media Providers: Those who import and distribute Flex, Vinyl, Printers, Inks.
Namely: Sabri Group of Companies, Astron Tech, Ad Wise, 3M, Avery Dennison.

b. Converters: Those who have installed printers, have in house or outsourced


fabrication and installation teams. Over 1400 set ups country wide.

c. Corporate Clients: Who have branding and advertising needs – Out of Home,
Point of Sale Marketing, In-store branding. Banks, MNCs, Local Companies –
Hoardings, Wall Posts, Banners, Fascia, Glass Branding.

Current Scenario:
a. The Corporate Clients search ideal Converters – region wise, job nature wise,
quality service wise.
b. The Converters try to get RFQs, ITBs, RFPs.
c. Media Providers extend credit to Converters, sell media (Flex, Vinyl, One Way
Vision Films, Safety Security Films, Foam Boards, Aluminium Composite Panels)

Project Description:
Suggested Solution:
a. Build a website where profiles of Converters are uploaded.
b. Present a web based application where Corporate Clients can upload their RFQs
and get online or offline bids.
c. Allow the Media Providers to showcase their media on website so that the
Corporate Clients can mix and match the media with their campaigns.

A website allowing a login to all three players with controlled access to


each other’s information.
Statement of Benefits for Users:
a. The Corporate Clients get to know ideal vendors in different regions country wide.
They can pick and choose according to the nature of their jobs.

b. The Converters get access to RFQs for which they normally hire highly paid staff who
tend to take business along when they shift jobs.
c. The Media Providers get their media specified and get statistics to plan their stocks.

How to monetize the service:


a. The Converters get to pay for annual subscription. A fee of Rs.1000 per month charged
annually with a client base of 1400 clients:
1000 x 12 x 1400: 16,800,000 (16.8 Million PKR)
For a converter a monthly Rs.1000 fee is very nominal given the fact that they have highly paid staff to
bring business. We won’t charge the other two parties for that their presence will create the charm on the
site for the converters.

Vision:
The company not only provides a platform to bring the players together, it also emerges as an authority to
provide accurate statistics and holds periodic awards for the best performing converters based on the
appraisals by corporate clients and sales figures by media providers.
