1. How to enter the Indian Sommelier Championship ("Championship")
• Fill in the entry form and submit it by e-mail/post. • Full payment must be received with the entry form. • The submission of entry form by any applicant does not entitle him/her for the participation in the "Championship". • The decision of judges shall be final and binding on all applicants. No further claim, refund shall be entertained thereafter. • All participants must adhere to the time schedule and other rules and regulation of the "Championship" as intimated from time to time. 2. Entry Fee • The payment for the entry fee can be remitted by Demand Draft/Pay order or crossed account payee cheque in the name of Wi-Not Beverage Solution Pvt. Ltd., payable at New Delhi. • Once the participation form has reached us and/or accepted, a 100% cancellation fee will be applicable in the event of withdrawal or cancellation by the participant from the "Championship". 3. Awards • The decision of judges and championship team will be final and binding on all the participants. No further representation/claim will be entertained thereafter. • Awards can neither be transferred, exchanged, or encashed. 4. Exclusion of Liability • The participants shall not raise any claim whatsoever to the organiser for their participation in the "Championship". • The participants accept all risks associated with their participation in the "Championship". The participants shall not make any claim or demand or take any legal action, whatsoever, against the organisers, or the facility in which the competition is held, for any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever caused, to the participants, its officers, employees, agents or their property. 5. Indemnity • The participants agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the organisers, and the facility, their respective officers, agents and employees, against all claims, costs and charges of every kind resulting from their participation in the "Championship" or its environs for personal injuries, death, property damages or any other damages sustained by participant or its officers, agents, employees or those for whom in law they are responsible, or the organisers. 6. Participant’s Property • All of the participant's property at the "Championship" shall be at the sole risk of the participant and the organisers assume no responsibility for loss or damage thereto. 7. Termination Of The Contract • The organisers may terminate the application of a participant if he / she fails to observe or perform any of the contract terms and conditions. 8. Force Majure • The organisers shall not be liable to the participants by reason of any cancellation or delayed opening of the "Championship" either as a whole or in part, for any non-performance of their obligations under the contract or for any amendment or alteration to all or any of the rules & regulations of the competition, in each case to the extent such occurrence is due to force majure event. 9. Governing Law And Jurisdiction • This contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India and parties agree to submit to the non- exclusive jurisdiction of the New Delhi courts. 10. Right Of Refusal • The organisers, reserve the right to refuse any application. 11. Travel Authority • Candidates must have a valid passport and visa to travel to the country to which the trip is awarded. The organisers are not liable for their visa application and its receipt. In case of failure to present a valid passport or visa for the required country upon time or travel, or any circumstances deeming winner unfit to travel, the award sponsor will hold the authority to pass on the travel tickets to the another candidate.
