NSHM POLICY AND ATTENDANCE UNDERTAKING

I, Debasrita Sarkar D/o. Tarun Kumar Sarkar Student of MBA, 2018-20 (program, batch year) at
NSHM, do solemnly undertake, for the session 2018-20 that

1. I do undertake that I will respect and obey all the instructions, policies, rules, and regulations of
NSHM and its hostel, and will attend all classes regularly and sincerely.

2. I have understood that as per the University norms, I am required to attain 100% attendance in
each semester. However, in order to meet some contingencies which are unavoidable, 25%
relaxation is given, and I have to attain minimum 75% attendance to be eligible to take up all
Internal assessment and end of semester examinations conducted by the University. I agree and
undertake that if I fail to comply with the minimum 75% attendance requirement of University of
MAKAUT, I will not be allowed to appear for the end-semester University examination.

3. I am required to take up and/or attend other NSHM career enhancement

programs/exams/projects/placement interviews along with regular classes.

4. I am required to maintain minimum 75% attendance in all the theory and practical classes during
the semester, and am required to submit the term-work, assignments, etc., as applicable, within the
notified time limit.

5. I also am required to attend, as part of my learning, all other required activities offered as part of
my curriculum, including, but not limited to, activities offered by NSHM Life Skills School, its Centers
of Language and Communication, Creative and Performing Arts, Innovation and Incubation, Sports
and Wellness and Social Action. Besides, Edge and MAR activities as well.

6. In case I fail to comply with the norms as mentioned above, I will be fully responsible for any loss
resulting due to my non-compliance/debarred from sessional test/University examination.

7. I am signing this undertaking with my sound mind and under no pressure from anyone.
