SYNOPSIS OF THE PERFORMANCE

Please Note:-

1. The date of your performance will be decided on your arrival in Bareilly (U. P.)
2. The necessary documents and information (including photographs of the play/Artists)
Along with duly filled in Application Form may please be sent by post at the earliest.
3. Please send the List of your group members: Names, Sex, Age, Passport No. on URGENT
Basis (to be submitted to the Government Authorities).
4. Your Journey Program with all the details may please be made available to us at the
Earliest.
5. You will be received at the New Delhi Airport if you are coming by flight or at the Bareilly
Junction if you are travelling by train.(For Foreign teams only).
6. You are requested to send an article in English written by an eminent author pertaining to
The History of Drama/Theatre Movement of your country. for free publication in our SOU-
VENIR as well as various mass media in India. Article already -published in the subject are
Also welcome.
7. Please bring along two members of your National Flag of 30x60 cm. size.
8. Should you wish, you may please bring your Posters, Banners, and Brochures etc
9. If it is not inconvenient to you, please bring a few coins, Stamps & Handicrafts of your
Country for Indian collector -friends.
10. We may arrange a visit to your team to a very natural Hill Station, Nainital (UP.) and world-
Renowned monuments Taj, Agra- Delhi, Mathura, Ayodhya, Khajuraho if you so desire.
