Introduction
1.application
This product integrates the fuction of distirbution with splitting,suitabel for the straight through or branch
connection,and distrubtion connection in optical ststem,as well as protection connection for cabels and distribution
pigtails

It’s designed as the three layers structure,used for splitting and splicing,with the middle panel≥180
Easy for installation and maintenance. The middle panel is optional for different users,without it,it
could be used as a splice closure.

Operation manual
1. Open the box,install the sub-rack PLC
splitter by band as picture
2. Strip and clean the cable, keep it 1.6m long and 30-
50mm long of the strength member, and insert cable
through inlet,fix it by cable clamp,and fix strength member
by special clamp. Put the cable in the splice tray,and patch
the excess cable in the bottom.

3. Put the input of PLC splitter in the tray and splice with pigtail,install the PVC cover.

4. Plug the outgoing pigtails,and install the 5.Close the cover by clips.
pigtails in the rubber slot,and fix it by
sealing rubber.
 6.Splicing: Strip and clean the cable, keep it 1.6m long and 30-50mm long of the strength member. Take the
cable to the inlet,fix it by cable clamp,and fix the strength member by special clamp. Put the cable in the splice
tray,and splice, patch the excess cable in the bottom.
