This study is a Comparative Analysis research which compares the factors affecting customer loyalty
between 7/11 San Pedro Bayan Branch and 7/11 Molito Alabang Branch. Two or more comparable
alternatives, processes, products, qualifications, sets of data, systems, or the like is being compared.

Quantitative method of research is utilized in this probe. The researchers uses mathematical and
statistical modeling, and measurement. It aims to represent a given results in terms of a numerical value
Kenton (2019)

In addition, the researchers utilized Descriptive-Correlational method. The researchers tends to describe
the characteristics of the population or phenomenon that is being studied Adi Bhat (2019). It also

The Levels of Customer Satisfaction of Convenience Stores at Santa Rosa Bayan as Perceived by their
Customer

According to the research study of Jaime (2014), majority of the their respondents were satisfied by the
different variants of food to choose in the convenience stores at Santa Rosa Bayan, while the lowest
numbers of respondents were also satisfied that their food is always hot.

Additionally, the respondents were satisfied that the price is noticeable, others were moderately
satisfied that the price offered by the convenience store meets the expected quantity of the food
availed.

Moreover, most of the their respondents were satisfied that the service crews are approachable
whenever you need them. And the least number of respondents are moderately satisfied that the
security guard expresses gratitude to every customer as they visit and leave the store.

Majority of their respondents were satisfied that the convenience store is accessible, while the least
number of respondents were also satisfied the convenience store has wider space for a large number of
customers.
