The RELEASOR do hereby releases and relinquishes all his
undivided share, right, title, interest, claim to be possessed enjoyed
by the RELEASEE as his own and absolute property without any
hindrance from the RELEASOR or anybody claiming through him.
The RELEASOR does hereby covenant with the RELEASEE that
the RELEASOR shall henceforth have no right, title, and interest
etc., in the SCHEDULE ‘B’ & ‘C PROPERTIES. The RELEASOR
hereby has executed this Release Deed in favour of the RELEASEE
Smt. SHEETAL PRASHANTH, his wife herein whereby he has
released and relinquished all his undivided share, right, title and
interest in favour of RELEASEE.

dated 01.09.2010, of the Special Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore
District, presently bearing Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike
Khatha No.85, situated at Puttenahalli Village, Yelahanka Hobli,
Yelahanka Taluk, Bangalore District, presently known as
Puttenahalli, Ward No.2, Chowdeshwari Ward, Bangalore, bounded
