 Led and developed distributed team of Cloud Native Application Development Engineers

 Drove cloud native application architecture and development in Oracle cloud (OCI) for
Health Science Customers

 Develop cloud migration patterns for legacy COTS applications in Oracle cloud(OCI)

 Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Application teams to develop creative enterprise
grade solutions on cloud

 Drive the next generation hybrid cloud adoption strategy and execution
 Drive best-in-class developer experience on the cloud platform

 Demonstrated expert level skill in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through
ambiguity
 On a recurring basis, gather voice of customer (VOC) feedback and incorporate learnings
into product roadmap
 Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer
problems and needs

 Define processes to evaluate tools and vendors with rationalization across data and
analytics, and drive consistency.
 Educate senior leadership with platform book of work for ongoing feedback, business
alignment, building alliances and delivery.

Work experience required:


 Overall should have more than 15 years’ experience in software engineering development
role, product development role, information technology role, or related field;

 Minimum of 5 years in management or leadership role
