Concluded commercial contracts between OMV PETROM and petroleum overseas companies (e.g. OMV
Trading and Supply UK, OMV Supply and Trading Switzerland) regarding selling, cargo transport documents,
performing other services related to seaside cargo / railway / road (truck) transportation and supervising the
execution of the contracts
Leading and managing the operations related to sales and purchases of petroleum products and crude oil by
seaside, railway and road (truck) ;
Organize and take responsibility for contract execution and cargo documentation (incl. but not limited to third
party and intra corporate correspondence, instructions, shipments, terminalling, letters of credit, nominations,
customs operations; payments etc);
Drawing up statistics concerning the sales based on the external contracts and supporting the development
of sales strategies and concepts ; sales and purchases reports
Organizing negotiations regarding export contracts and leading the process up to signing of the contracts
Analyses the market information got from the international market in order to establish the competitive
transportation rates;
Coordinate operational matters with all department operations in office ;
ensuring the efficient planning of refinery deliveries, stocks and availabilities ;
Monitoring & coordinate dispatch/stocks/transportation/payments within the contract terms and conditions ;
Monitoring the foreign trade and tax related regulations for Romania and EU, in oil business ;
Keeping continuously updated on the market and all relevant issues for the export of products ;
Overseeing shipping (from ordering to c/p; from loading to discharge), freight and demurrage calculations and
dues ;
Share any industries knowledge concerning OMV Petrom - Marketing and Refining Divisions or the relevant
field of activity ;
Keep continuously updated on the market configuration and all relevant issues for the product's export.
