RE: Frost gang tips and information

All,

I continue to receive communications from individuals who have inside information on

Frost gang activities, who have been harmed by Frost gang activities, and/or who are
investigating Frost gang activities. Frost gang activities may involve specific entities and
individuals including, but not limited to:

Phillip Frost Opko Health, Inc.(OPK)

Barry Honig BioZone
Michael Brauser Cocrystal Pharma, Inc. (COCP)
Harvey Kesner MabVax (MBVX)
Elliot Maza MGTI
John Stetson PolarityTE (PTE)
Mark Groussman Cool Holdings (AWSM)
John O’Rourke Riot Blockchain (RIOT)

While I generally do not discourage anyone from contacting me directly, I am

hyper-vigilant for contacts initiated by the Frost gang, potential conflicts of interests, and people
who want information without having anything to share in return. Therefore, I suggest that you
consider the following alternatives before trying to contact me.

1. If you feel that you may be in danger, contact your local FBI office and tell them that the
matter concerns the investigation of Phillip Frost.
2. If your communication relates to a Frost gang P&D securities fraud, you may contact the
lead litigation attorney for the SEC in SEC v Honig et al.

 3. If your communication relates to a Frost gang securities fraud where a class action
lawsuit has been filed (OPK, COCP, PTE, RIOT), you may contact the lead law firm for
the class action.
4. If you believe that you may face civil and/or criminal liability for your involvement with
the Frost gang, please do not contact me. I suggest that you consider engaging an
attorney to represent your interests.
5. If you have newsworthy information that you would like to see publicly disseminated,
you may try to contact any of the many journalists and business writers who have
reported on Frost gang activities.
