MOTION TO INVESTIGATE FOR COLLUSION

PETITIONER, through counsel, unto this Honorable Court, most

respectfully states that:

1. On 08 August 2018, Summons was served upon the Respondent

(together with the Petition filed in instant case). The latter was given
fifteen (15) days to file her Answer to the Petition.

2. Respondent therefore has until 23 August 2019 to file her Answer.

To date, no Answer has been filed by the Respondent or any motion
seeking for additional time to file the said pleading.

3. Consequently, Petitioner beseeches this Honorable Court to order the

Office of the Public Prosecutor to intervene and investigate as to
whether or not collusion exists between the parties in accordance
with No. 3, Section 8 of A.M. No. 02-11-10-SC and the provisions of
the Family Code.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, Petitioner most respectfully prays

for this Honorable Court to issue an order directing the Office of the Public
Prosecutor to intervene and investigate as to whether or not collusion
exists between the parties in the instant case in accordance with No. 3,
Section 8 of A.M. No. 02-11-10-SC and the provisions of the Family Code.
