$1 to Lend a Paw Abroad

Seeking Additional Greenhouse Volunteers

If you’re willing to help with general maintenance, guided by Organic Gardener staff,
please click here to volunteer for “Greenhouse Maintenance” on TUESDAYS from 11:45-12:45.
Note: Students will NOT be present for these sessions.

Tasks include weeding, planting, and prepping for classes.

This is a great way to give back to our school community. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.

FUNd Run Update

Military families: Please use discount code Military112 at the end of the online registration process before you pay. A separate transaction is required
for each family member to receive the discount. Teachers: Please use discount code Teach112 at the end of the registration process before you pay.
Students who are eligible for free/reduced lunch can register for FREE along with one adult. Please contact your school principal for a discount code.

National Walk & Bike to School Day - October 2nd

All District 112 schools will be participating in Walk & Bike to School Day on October 2 (Rain Date, October 3).
More details can be found here. Locks and helmets should be used for safety by cyclists. Riding on the
sidewalk
is permissible in Highland Park for students under 12 years old. Crossing guards will assist for safety; bikes
should be walked across intersections.

We are looking for a few Indian Trail parents to cheer on students and help us direct traffic around
school.
