I have more than 5 years working experiences in Aviasion Company with the most
experiences as Flight Attendant or HSE Advisory Function to coordinate, provide advice and
guideline, assurance and support air craft operation with the main duties are to deliver the
implementation of HSE & Flight Attendant Service. Managing in implementation of
hospitalities job, Process Safety Management (PSM) and Environmental Management
System EMS ISO 14000 basis in air craft operation performance include Environmental
Excellent Performance PROPER Green Rating to meet with Government Regulation,

• Providing information, guidance and assistance for safety and comfort to passengers
on board aircraft
• Attending the brief and act on it.
• Conducting safety check before flight
• Greet customers, check their tickets and accompany them to their seats
• Prepare and serve drinks and food to passengers
• Present emergency equipment and give instructions
• Monitor & Secure the cabin regularly
• Comply with all aviation rules and regulation for safety and protection
• Assist passengers and cabin crew during emergency situation
• Provide special help to passenger with special needs (Children, disabled persons,
elders, etc.)
