I. Title of the Innovation Campus Radio

A School Radio station can become a focal

II. Rationale point for the school where students can
express their views in a safe, unimposing
environment which will promote inclusion
and school community.

Specifically, the project aims to:

a. Improve inclusion and participation
for pupils, students and staff in
providing a school communications
platform.
III. Objectives b. Improve links within the school
community
c. Instill to students the value of
communication.
d. Improve speaking and listening skills
of the students.
e. Showcase the speaking and script-
writing talents and skills of the
students.
f. Build confidence of the students

IV. Procedures

1. Scout for students who are interested

A. Pre-implementation Stage and have passion for journalism.
2. Conduct an orientation among students
about the mechanics of the radio
broadcasting project.

1. Allow the participants to form a group.
2. Participants will develop a script for the
broadcast.
3. The five-minute radio broadcast shall be
conducted during lunch break every first
and third Monday every month.
4. The latest news in the school and
community shall be included in the
broadcast.
1. In March 2019, the implementing group
including the broadcasters will convene
to discuss and evaluate the project.
2. The participants will express their
realization and reflection through
writing a reflective essay.
3. Through a questionnaire and an
interview, the group will gather
feedback from the parents and pupils
regarding the development of the project
in order to know its strengths and
weakness.
4. The group will convene to discuss and
address the project’s strengths and
weaknesses.
