The Principals confirm herewith the appointment of the Agents as their sole sales representatives in the area
indicated below and the Agents confirm their agreement to represent the Principals in the said area, under the
following terms and conditions:

CONDITIONS OF The Agents have appended hereto a blank copy of their import Contract, including
SALE: Arbitration Clause, which the Principals have authorized them to sign in their
behalf, after the Principals have accepted the sale, either by facsimile, letter or
telephone or on all firm offers by Principals which are accepted within the time
limit.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

REPRESENTATION The Principals authorize the Agents to represent them at arbitration proceedings,
AT ARBITRATION unless such authorization is revoked by Principals, by their giving direct notice to
the
PROCEEDINGS: AFI before the arbitration proceedings commence, in which event the Principals
can name others to represent them at such proceedings.

VALIDITY OF It is understood that this contract is to run for a period of
