NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
S.R.0.677(1)/2019.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the
Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following
further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 659(1)/2007, dated the 30th
June, 2007, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification,-

(i) in the Table I, in column (1),-

against serial number 1565, in column (3), the words "and

concentrates" shall be omitted;
for serial number 3283 and the corresponding entries relating thereto
the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"3283 7209.1891 Tin mill black plate of thickness 0.30 mm or less
3283A 7209.1899 Other",

against serial number 3501, in column (3), for the expressions "steel
cord (2+2x0.28mm brass plated steel cord, 3x0.2+6x0.35 &
3x0.2+6x0.35) of a kind used in manufacture of tyres", the
expressions "steel cord brass plated (2x0.30HT, 2+2x0.321-1T &
3X0.2+6x0.35) of a kind used in manufacture of tyres" shall be
substituted; and

(ii) in the Table-11, in column (1), against serial number 612, in column (3), for
the word "Antisealing" the word "Anti-scaling" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall take effect from 1St July, 2019.
