Sub: Demand for Consultancy work on – “Swachh Bharat Mission Solid Waste
Management- Paalamedu Town Panchayat – Bio Mining project removing
legacy waste at Mayanam Road Dumpsite by Paalamedu Town Panchayat”–
Regarding.

Ref: Roc. No. 240 / 2019 Dated: 16-08-2019

With reference to the letter cited, the Paalamedu Town Panchayat is in need to
Consultancy work on “Swachh Bharat Mission Solid Waste Management- Paalamedu Town
Panchayat – Bio Mining project removing legacy waste at Mayanam Road Dumpsite. This is
to confirm that Civil Department, Anna University Regional Campus Madurai now willing to
take up the above said work. The above work will be carried by consultancy services with Anna
University Chennai guideline (CTDT) for consultancy and sponsored Research program 2019.
The scope of work for Regional Campus is to inspect the site and scrutiny of the
Detailed Project Report and Estimate to be submitted by the Paalamedu Town Panchayat.
The total consultancy fee payable to Anna University Regional Campus Madurai
towards as Conducting of Topographical and Contour Survey for Quantification of wastes
Dumped work on “Swachh Bharat Mission Solid Waste Management- Paalamedu Town
Panchayat – Bio Mining project removing legacy waste at Mayanam Road Dumpsite by
Paalamedu Town Panchayat” as a consultancy work will be Rs. 20,000/- plus GST (18%) will
be Rs. 3,600/- totaling Rs. 23,600/- (Rupees Twenty Three Thousand Six Hundred Only).

The Consultancy fee shall be paid in full along with the work order by way of Demand

(CTDT), Anna University, Chennai-600025”.
