Marketing strategies is serving as one of the pillars to become a strong and well-profited organization. Evert
type of business has different marketing strategies so they can continuously gain and meet their customers’
expectations. Some of effective marketing strategies are having a website, search engine optimism, social media
optimism, connect with social influencers and create compelling video ads (iFranchise Philippines, 2018).

According to Banuelos and Tamayo (2016) The researcher adopted descriptive research method to identify the
level of awareness on the operational services, the marketing strategies used at the port, and the problems
experienced in marketing the Batangas Container Terminal. Findings showed that the port users and clients are
aware of the operational services provided by Philippine Ports Authority and Asian Terminals, Inc.; while the
marketing strategies employed by Philippine Ports Authority and Asian Terminals, Inc. is effective.

According to Ramirez, et al. (2014) The findings strengthen the idea that the real source of ideas is generally
customer oriented when it comes to the generation of new product ideas.

According to Ang, et al. (2012) The study was conducted to specifically determine the marketing strategies
among the selected established food chains in Cagayan de Oro City, first is in terms of: market mix, market
segmentation, market attractiveness. Second, the competencies among the selected established food chains in
terms of: core competencies, distinctive competencies, and potential competitive advantage. Lastly, the
significant relationships between the competencies and marketing strategies among the selected established
food chains.

Marketing is a societal and managerial process by which individuals and groups obtain what they need and want
through creating and exchanging products and values with others. Marketing is all about satisfying the needs
and wants of the people (Kotler and Armstrong, 2004).

Marketing strategy has become important tool globally for any organization to remain in competitive market
environment and was stronger (Adesola, M., et. al. 2013).

Marketing strategy is a pattern of resources that made decisions throughout an organization. This expresses the
goals and belief of a business on what can do and can’t do in means foe achieving them (Aremu and Lawal,
2012).
Street food also known as a ready to eat food that sold in a public place like street, market or fair. It is often sold
by a hawker or costermonger and peddler usually in a portable food booth, food cart, or food truck (A.P
Simsopoulos and R.V Bhat, 2011).

According to a study from the Food and Agriculture Organization (2007), 2.5 billion people eat street food
every day. Most street foods also called finger food or fast food and a lot cheaper than average meals in a
restaurant.
