AFFIDAVIT OF EXPLANATION

I, LYCA DIANNE P. OLIVEROS, of legal age, single, Fillipino and residing

at 100 J Rizal ST., Brgy. Wawa, Siniloan, Laguna, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law hereby depose and state:

1. That last December 8, 2016 I applied for working visa at New Zealand
immigration in relation for my application to work as a pig farm worker.

2. That my said application for working visa on December 8, 2016 was

denied for the reason that I failed to submit documents to prove my qualification
for the work I am applying for and the employer also failed to submit documents
for the sustainability of the job offer with respect to the duration of the period for
which the employment is offered to me. Likewise, the employer was required to
submit additional documents as stated herein in the denial letter of my
application dated December 22, 2016.

3. That last April 7, 2017, I again filed an application for a work visa at
New Zealand immigration in relation for my application to work as a pig farm
worker.

4. That my said application was again denied on the ground that the
documents I have submitted are not enough to establish my work experience and
qualifications. Likewise, the employer failed to meet the required documents by
the immigration with regards to the compliance with New Zealand employment
law, labor market test and others as stated in the letter of denial of my application
dated April 19, 2017.

5. That I am executing this affidavit for the purpose of requesting a

reconsideration on the denial of my application for a working visa and to submit
additional documents to prove my work experience and qualifications as well as
for other legal purpose this may serve.
