Procedure for Filter Insert

1. Lift up filter with crane

and carry it to the top of
strainer body.
(Refer to fig. 1)

2. While inserting filter into

strainer body, the sharp
edge of filter bottom has
not to be touched with the
rubber coated surface of
body inside to avoid damage
of coating rubber.

3.While inserting filter into
strainer body, filter set on
support(Refer to fig. 3).
Support serves as filter leg
and ground plate

4. Lift down and insert

filter into body inside
carefully.
(Refer to Fig. 4)

Check the direction

of filter to be correct.
Rounded side has to
be turned toward outlet
connection.

5. Lift down cover onto

top of strainer body.
(Refer to Fig. 5)

6. Tighten each bolts.

7. Check each bolts

were strongly
tightened, then
re-tighten loose
bolts to avoid leakage.

8. Check air vent valve
and drain valve.
Close them, if
opened.

Dismantling
1. Open Vent Valve 2. Open Drain Valve

3. Unscrew the six tightening Hinge 4. Remove the Cover

5. Lift out the Filter, using the

handle attached on screen.

Inspection & Cleaning

1. Clean the filter with the air/water gun.

Carefully examine the condition and cleanliness of the filter.
Always check the filter screen to ensure that it is not cracked.

2. If necessary, clean any of dirt on it and polish the seat surface

using a smooth emery cloth.
