NEW HORIZON CUP 2019

STATE LEVEL INTER SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT
FOR BOYS & GIRLS - FROM 5th TO 8th August 2019

1. U-13 Girls studying in 7th & below and born on or after 01/08/2006 are eligible.
2. U-14 Boys studying in 8th & below and born or after 01/08/2005 are eligible.
3. U-15 Girls studying in 9th & below and born or after 01/08/2004 are eligible.
4. U-16 Boys studying in 10th & below and born or after 01/08/2003 are eligible.
5. A PLAYER CAN PARTICIPATE IN ONLY ONE CATEGORY.
6. Entry fee of Rs.500/- will be submitted along with the entry form. Entry fee Rs.500/-
be remitted through online/NEFT/DD or by cash by 1st of Aug 2019. Indian Bank NHPS
extn counter, Indiranagar, Account number 484669934, IFSC code- IDIB000N066.
Online receipt/UTR should be provided by the teams on arrival. Entry received after
scheduled date will not be entertained.
7. Teams should bring their own Volleyball for practice.
8. Latest VFI Rules will be followed; matches will be on Knock-out basis.
9. All the team players should play the matches with proper uniform (vests & shorts) with
numbers from 1 to 18 on the front and the back of vests.
10. Teams should report to referee 30 minutes before their scheduled match time.
11. Teams should be ready to play more than two matches a day.
12. Referees decision is final and no protest will be entertained at any cost.
13. Organizers will have the right to prepone/postpone any matches and the same will be
intimated to the concerned teams in advance.
14. Organizers will have the right to disqualify any teams at any stage (even after
playing one or two matches), which is fielding over age players or outside players
(players who are not studying in their school).
15. The team will consist of 12 players, one coach and one manager.
16. The matches will begin as per the scheduleas . In case of late arrival, a walk over will
be declared.
17. Last date for confirmation of entry along with entry fee and form duly signed by
Principal should be submitted on or before 01/08/2019 at 5.00 pm by email, fax or
filled in form by post.
18. All prize winning teams (Winners and Runner up) will attend the prize distribution
ceremony with full strength, otherwise medals and trophies will not be awarded.
19. Participants are to wear sports vest/track suits for the inaugural ceremony.
