Modeling laminated glass as a Beam
When you want to model a composite material
if you sketch like this shape, ansys consider
whole shape as one body.

In order to solve this issue, I suggest to follow


these steps:

1.Draw whole shape

2.Define virtual plane in appropriate elevation

3.Extrude the shape

4.Use Slice and virtual plane for cutting the


shape.

I meshed separately for each body and each contacts .
