PT Total Abadi Solusindo has been establish as a general contractor and trading company on 2014 by an
experienced computer system engineer in Jakarta. The company concern to help the customers to achieve their
business targets in terms of opera onal excellence and energy savings. We experienced to reduce the costs of
energy use on factory. As a trading company, we supported are by a lot of well-known brand, supply of a wide
range of products of mechanical, electrical, automa on, and instrumenta on with best quality. The other
por olio business is replace the old part industrial equipment with the new one. The company has opera ons in
JABODETABEK area, some East Java area, some Central Java area.

Process Automa on System

Is used to automa cally control a process such as chemical, oil refineries, pulp, and paper factories. The PAS o en
uses a network to interconnect sensors, controllers, operator terminals, and actuators. A PAS is o en based on
open standards in contrast to a DCS (distributed control system), which is tradi onally proprietary. However, in
recent mes the PAS is considered more associated with SCADA systems. PAS is the lowest level of automa on,
while MES (manufacturing execu on system) is considered to be directly posi oned above a PAS. Process
automa on involves using computer technology and so ware engineering to help power plants and factories in
industries as diverse as paper, mining, and cement operate more efficiently and safely.

Energy Management System

EMS Is a system of computer-aided tools used by operators of electric u lity grids to monitor, control, and
op mize the performance of the genera on and/or transmission system.
Energy management systems also o en commonly used by individual commercial en es to monitor, measure,
and control their electrical building loads. Energy management systems can use to control devices centrally like
HVAC units and ligh ng systems across mul ple loca ons, such as retail, grocery, and restaurant sites. Energy
management systems can also provide metering, sub metering, and monitoring func ons that allow facility and
building managers to gather data and insight that allows them to make more informed decisions about energy
ac vi es across their sites.

BAS Is the automa c centralized control of a building's hea ng, ven la on, and air condi oning, ligh ng and
other systems through a building management system or building automa on system (BAS). The objec ves of
building automa on are improved occupant comfort, efficient opera on of building systems, and reduc on in
energy consump on and opera ng costs, and improved life cycle of u li es. BAS core func onality keeps building
climate within a specified range, provides light to rooms based on an occupancy schedule (in the absence of overt
switches to the contrary), monitors performance and device failures in all systems, and provides malfunc on
alarms to building maintenance staff. A BAS should reduce building energy and maintenance costs compared to a
non-controlled building.
