Distribution and delivery is an important part of business plan.

Companies create products to meet consumer demand and generate


income, as compensation for internal and external business
stakeholders. A product delivery strategy is the process a
company goes through when contracting with other companies to
design and build products. In construction, product delivery
strategies are quite common between general contractors and
clients. They view products as projects and typically set up a
system that involves defining the project, designing the product
with the client and constructing the building according to
specifications.
The purpose of the managing product delivery process is to control
the link between the project manager and the team manager, by
placing formal requirements on accepting, executing and delivering
project work. The role of the team manager is to coordinate an
area of work that will deliver one or more of the project products.
They can be internal or external to the customer's organization.
Most of all reseller want customer to be satisfied and this are
customer also the way to be satisfied. We are noticing businesses
using services is that when the item is out of stock they are use
the take It service to from the store and have it delivered to the
customer’s home. This is a great initiative and a process that
will result in a much greater customer satisfaction and loyalty.
On the other hand, it can also be the situation when a customer
came to the shop or company and asked for a product that was out
of stock, maybe customer will go to other shop to buy the product
they want but instead of that, it can also offer to the customer
to deliver the product to his door as soon as they have the item
in-stock. Quick communication with customer is essential to
maintain fast delivery. In fact it should only take a matter of
minutes, if not seconds, for an order to be processed at
warehouse or by the supplier. To improve the businesses shipping
processes, it must be able to identify the exact location of
each item in warehouse. If not, it may remind to trying to find
a needle in a haystack. The best way to locate the items and
maximize efficiency and identify how much stock they have is to
use scanning devices.
The technique I notice in this topic especially with the topic
of business process is to manage the development of the required
products, required by the Work Package to the quality criteria.
Ensure that the work is conducted in accordance with the required
techniques, processes and procedures specified in the Work
Package. Maintain the development and operational and support
interfaces as detailed in the Work Package, Check the Work Package
for the procedure to update the Quality Register. Capture and
record the effort expended, monitor and control any issues and
risks associated with the Work Package and advise the Project
Manager of their status. Notify the Project Manager of any new
issues, risks or lessons. The Project Manager can then decide on
an appropriate course of action. Take the action required by the
Project Manager, check the Work Package and follow the method of
obtaining and issuing approval records, check the Work Package and
follow the procedure to update the Configuration Item Records to
change the status of the products that have been completed, review
and report the status of the Work Package to the Project Manager.
Determine the status of each product in the Work Package, update
the Team Plan and, if necessary, consult with Project Assurance
supplier regarding its viability, feed the progress information
back to the Project Manager in Checkpoint Reports in the manner
and at the frequency defined in the Work Package, If the agreed
tolerances for the Work Package are forecast to be exceeded, notify
the Project Manager by raising an issue. Because if these are

I learned in this semester with the subject of Distribution
MGT. is to how can apply to myself the effective way to handle
the customer service. I will apply it to myself to Communicate
effectively with customers, create a positive impression,
develop and maintain customer service standards and plan good
for customer service. Attitude is the best key that I can give
to customer not just by work but also in personality, like
enjoy helping, handle people well and take a good care of them
because when customer feel they are special and treat them
well they must be more interest in product and they can give
their loyalty in company. Smile is also the key because
customers have a different personality or attitude. Everyone
has dealt with the employee who never smiles and seems to care
less about what happens. This sort of attitude is impermissible
in staff and must be thoroughly addressed in customer service
training sessions. Customer service is a company’s opportunity
to connect with customers, solve problems, and show they care.
And when customer service is executed well, it can resonate with
customers for years to come, happy customers come from excellent
service and are your best advocates even better than your most
talented marketers. That is why before start in company they
train first before start to Focus on customer service attitudes,
behaviors and skills and also to develop what skill we have and what
we can do more and to make communication with the customers.
In packaging material I learned is how they can do in the right
way to do and to deliver the packaging. Plan before do and make
it sure you know the step by step because in order of packaging
these are a lot of process. We must be know what is the size
and how can we fix the product we deliver because having a label
we must be now what is the size and weight and the environment
protection. In factory in case do the work in manually, think
what the best idea that can be faster. And in shipping make sure
the product you will deliver is safe, it is also the advantages,
so the customer didn’t disappoint.
