 Create Classes using Master Templates

o Print Directions
o Video Directions (if the link does not work, the file is located in the team drive,
ALEKS Information, Creating Classes with Master Templates)
 Obtain a list of student names and student ids
o Video Directions
 Enroll Students - Students should use Powerschool names when creating accounts, not
nicknames
o Student self-enrollment (preferred method)
 Print Directions
 Video Directions (if the link does not work, the file is located in the team
drive, ALEKS Information, Student Self Registration)
o Teacher enrollment
 Print Directions
o Error messages you, or students, may receive
 Another student has the same student id - this is an invalid error created by
ALEKS, as long as you know you have the correct information, ignore the
message
 This course code is at another school - the student is logging in with old
account information (this only occurs with 9th grade students or transfer
students)

What to do when I receive a new student after ALEKS initial enrollment is complete
