The current website is split over two servers. The main website is hosted by the current web design
company on their own platform, which I am finding limited. The second server is hosted on our own
dedicated virtual server which has cPanel installed. We will look to replace this server as the OS is
now out of date and needs replacing. We host WHMCS on this second server.

We also use some third party websites for social media, CMS and support. Ideally we would like to
integrate everything into one portal.

Limitations of Current website

While the current hosting tools provided by the web developer are easy to use they are very limited
in what I can do. Something simple like a PDF download that requires a form to be filed out before
being allowed to do so is impossible. There is no social media integration other than links of the
website, so when a new post is uploaded to the blog I have to then post in other social media
website.

The is no way that I can add any PHP scripts to webpages that will enable me to integrate and
automate with suppliers. An example would be a simple broadband check.

My requirements

 New Website that is modern, fast and compliant with current standards.
 WHMCS integrated into Wordpress, so seamless to the customer when they log in
 Social media integration with scheduling to Facebook, Twitter, Google, LinkedIn, with the
possibility of hooking up youtube and Instagram in the future.
 API integration from third parties. API information will be given on award of project.
 Ongoing support when needed
 Ongoing development of site when new products are on boarded

Extras

 Page content, a rewrite of the content that looks and sounds profession and is very SEO and
google friendly.
 Pricing: I would like this to be quoted as a project. In regards to the API integration I
understand that this could be a little open ended, so perhaps a rough price can be quoted
for these integrations.
 Logo redesign if it helps in improving overall brand and website design
