This is your Aesthetics Tool Kit, which will provide you the resources you
need for when you’re feeling unmotivated, anxious, or overwhelmed by
feelings of dread. 

By successfully building on this tool kit, you’ll gain the ability to:
1) Approach work with a certain flexibility and calmness
2) Remove dread and anxiety, so getting work done becomes easy
3) Become motivated and achieve your potential

What are you proud of yourself for accomplishing? Write anything, no matter how big or
small. Know that you’re capable and you’re worth being proud about. Work on this list
over time, but for now, write down 5 things that positively shape how you perceive your
self worth.

Who inspires you? Who do you want to become more like, and what do they do that
makes you respect them so much? Aspire to become like the role models in your life that

Remind your future self that they don’t need to be great at everything and doing your
best is enough. Tell them to be unafraid and look beyond their fears of being evaluated
critically by someone else.
