make use of adjectives? and texture.

Alright class,

Can you give me an example of an adjectives (The pupils will give their own examples of
using it in sentence? adjectives)

Good! Let us have another set of examples.

Now, I will call 5 among you. Once you we’re

called, I will cover your eyes using a black
cloth. What you are going to do is to touch,
guess, and taste the object you handle. Is it
clear?

Before we will start, I would like to remind

those who are not going to be called to keep Yes Ma’am!
quiet and not say the name of the object your
classmates are handling. Are we all clear?
(The teacher will call and give the dalandan to
the first respondent)

(Let the pupils guess the object he/she handles

while his eyes are covered. Upon the pupil is
able to get the correct name of the object,
remove the cloth/blindfold.)

(Ask the student)

What is the color of the dalandan? Green Ma’am
(Show the sentence “The dalandan is green.”

Will you read class? (The pupils will read)

What is the noun? Dalandan ma’am

(Let the dalandan be touched by the

respondent)

The next question is what is the texture of the

dalandan? Soft
(Show the sentence”The dalandan is soft”)

Will you read class? (The pupils will read)

Now what is the noun? Dalandan ma’am

Okay, what is the adjective? Soft ma’am

If “soft” is the word that describes the

dalandan, what aspect of the dalandan are we Texture
describing?

Very good!

(Let the dalandan be tasted by the

respondent.)

What is the taste of the dalandan? Sour ma’am
