Work Experience: Working with Emilestones – An Executive Search firm since March,
2018 till date
Handling- End to End circle for Junior, mid, and Mid Senior level Assignments.
Searching profiles in various job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn and internal
data base taking reference from candidates.
Calling candidates giving them the details of company if candidates is agree then
taking their total year of experience, current CTC, expected CTC along with notice
period.
Sending profiles to clients along with all the details of candidate individually.
Taking feedback from clients regarding sending CVs seeking report how many
candidates profiles got shortlisted for the client interview.
Making interview schedule as per the client and gathering candidates as much as
