First of all, a good day to you and to your family. We are writing this letter of reconsideration for us
to explain ourselves further, and we apologize for the misunderstanding which caused us to
violate some of the terms and conditions unintentionally. We have no means of disrespecting
anyone or not to follow any of the agreed terms and conditions of our contract. Both of you have
been very kind and considerate and we hope to reciprocate that in many years to come. We are
very poor in understanding English please excuse us, but from now on you can expect that we will
be doing everything possible to avoid this inconvenience.
