1. Where do you expect to be in 5 years?

- although it is hard to predict the future, I sincerely believe that I see myself as a
valued employee of a company will become a very good material planning analyst. I
believe that my abilities will allow me to excel to the point that I can seek other
opportunities and even possibly higher position. I'm confident that if I do my work
with excellence, opportunities will open up for me.
2. Give me a list of your strengths and weaknesses.
- I believe my strongest trait is my attention to detail. This trait has helped me a lot
tremendously in this field of work.
- I have always been a great team player. I am good at keeping a team together and
producing quality work in a team environment.
- I am adaptable person. I can work with different person with different styles and
expectations of me. I am able to adjust my approach to meet each of their needs.

- I might need to learn to be more flexible when things are not going according to
pelan. This is something I’m working on at the moment.

- I cannot say no when someone asks for my help

3. What do you think it takes to be successful in this position?

4. Why should we hire you rather than someone else?

- As I am a fresher, you want this department to be as strong as it possibly

can be, so you want the strongest candidate. I feel that I can fill
that bill because I have theoretical knowledge but I can do hard work for my organization. I
will put all my efforts for the good progress of my organization being punctual and sincere. I
can finish the work given to me on time and try to fulfill all the needs of the company from me.
- I understand your needs since you are looking for someone that can having critical thinking .
I also can work better under pressure where I found that I enjoy working in a challenging
environment and make me a good match for this position.
- I am also a fast learner. I can learn a totally new operating system and I was up and running
within a couple of weeks.

5. Give me three reasons why you are interested in our company.
 6. How well do you work with teams and other people? What evidence do you have that you
were successful in a group?

- Working on a number of team projects has allowed me to develop my ability to communicate

clearly with others, and mediate conflicts between team members. For example, during my
assessment project in studies, two of my teammates were having trouble coming to an
agreement about how to approach an element of the project. I listened to each of their
concerns and come up with a solution that would make everyone happy. Because of my
ability to listen to others and mediate conflict, we were able to finish our project ahead of
schedule.

7.Describe the boss you prefer.

- My ideal boss would encourage clear communication between himself and her employees. I
believe communication in person not as well as via phone and email where it is critical to a
successful relationship between an employer and employee.

8. Do you prefer working alone or with others?

- I am equally comfortable working as a member of a team and independently. In researching

the company, your mission statement and the job description, I could see the positions that I
hold where some assignments required a great deal of independent work and research,
while others were better completed as a group. I am very comfortable working on a team,
but I can also work independently, as well.

- I am a fresher, salary is not priority for me. This is a big platform to start my career and I also
want to improve my knowledge and skills and gain experience so I expect a considerable of
salary according to my ability and your company’s norms which fulfill my economical needs.
