Day 1: Catching and Throwing - Handball

Rules: two teams, two touchdown zones, throw the ball to each other, after teammate
catches it they can only take two steps and then must throw it again, if ball is dropped it is the
other teams ball (last person who throws it), after you score it is the other teams ball

Day 2: Bounce Passes - Four Square

Rules: Each player stands in one of the four squares.
To start the game, the player in square four serves the ball by bouncing it in their square once
and then hitting it towards one of the other squares. The receiving player then hits the ball to
any other player in one of the other squares.
The ball must bounce in another player's square, and they must hit it to another player before it
bounces a second time.
A player may hit the ball before it bounces, if they choose to do so.
If a player hits the ball so that it misses another player's square, or fails to hit the ball before the
second bounce after it has landed in their square, they are "out".
When a player is out, the other players move up to take their place, and that player moves to
the last square, or to the end of the line, if there are more than four players.
The object of the game is to move up to and hold the server's position.

Day 3: Throwing and Catching - Dodgeball

Rules:Game begins by placing the dodge balls along the centerline. Players then take a
position behind their end line. Following a signal by the official, teams may approach the
centerline to retrieve the balls.
You are "OUT", if:
1. Hit by an opposing player below the shoulders with a LIVE thrown ball.
2. Catching a LIVE ball thrown by your opponent before it touches the ground
3. Crossing the centerline or exiting or entering the court from any line but the back line
when retrieving loose balls.
4. Kicking the ball at the other team with the intention to get a member of the opposite
team out. A player may only kick the Dodgeball to pass it to a member of their team
or to pass to the opponent.
A person struck by a legally thrown ball must go to jail. Jail is located along the sideline of each
team’s half of the court. All players in jail must remain seated on the bench at all times. The
player sitting closest to the ref will be the next to enter the game. Players are released from jail
when a teammate catches a legally thrown ball before it hits the ground, wall or ceiling.
Play continues until one team is eliminated.

Day 4:Throwing - Wallball

Rules: Every man for himself, the only way to move is if the ball is thrown against the
wall: take one step - Play continues until there is only one man left standing

Day 5:Kicking/Rolling - Kickball

Rules: Divide students into 2 teams. The pitcher rolls the ball to home plate. The batter
kicks the ball. If they make contact and it is inside the bases they run to base. If they miss it is a
strike. 3 Strikes and the kicker is out. Once 3 outs happen, the teams switch from kicking to
outfield. In the outfield the player catch the ball and try to tag the runner or throw the ball to base
to get an out. Each team gets three outs per inning. A kicker is out if three strikes are
thrown, or if a ball is kicked foul on the third strike. A kicker is out when the fielding team
touches a base with a ball before the kicker arrives, or if he is hit with a thrown ball
below the shoulders while running the bases. A kicked ball caught by a fielder before
hitting the ground will also result in an out.

Day 6:Rolling - Bowling

Rules: Roll the ball down the lane to knock down the pins. You get 2 turns to knock
down all the pins. After your two turns are up you go count how many pins you knocked down
and write it down on a piece of paper. Set up the pins again and the next person goes.

Day 7: Rolling/Throwing - Dodgeball: Each side has 3 pins

Rules: Same rules as regular dodgeball only each team has 3 pins - Each team needs
to protect the pins - Play goes until the opponents pins have all been knocked down - Knock
down the pins by rolling the ball into the pins or throwing the ball at the pins
