RESUMEN

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal plantear y desarrollar la

caracterización del proceso concluido respecto a un caso de lesiones leves, cuyo expediente

es el N°00054-2010-28-2106-JR-PE-01, la misma que describe la demanda sobre lesiones

leves en su modalidad agresión física el cual se llevó a cabo en el primer juzgado unipersonal

sede –Huancané distrito judicial Puno.

Para este caso se tomó como base un expediente judicial sobre lesiones leves y para este

trabajo se planteó el siguiente problema de investigación ¿Cuáles son las características del

proceso concluido sobre lesiones leves; expediente N° 00054-2010-28-2106-jr-pe-01 del

distrito judicial de Puno – Huancané?

Para el presente trabajo de investigación el objetivo principal que planteamos es como sigue:

Determinar las características de los procesos concluidos en los distritos judiciales del Perú.

Además destacar que la investigación es de tipo, cuantitativo cualitativo, nivel exploratorio

descriptivo, y diseño no experimental, retrospectivo y transversal.

Y para el análisis respectivo se tiene como base el expediente judicial, seleccionado

mediante muestreo por conveniencia; para la recolección de datos se utilizó la técnica de

observación y como instrumento la lista de cotejo, validado mediante juicio de expertos.

Finalmente en esta sección, con singular preocupación debo afirmar que el delito de lesiones

leves en nuestra sociedad se viene incrementando considerablemente esto da motivo a que

nuestro poder legislativo emitan leyes que sancionen con más efectividad a las personas que

cometen este delito.

 ABSTRACT

The main objective of this research work is to propose and develop the characterization of

the concluded process regarding a case of minor injuries, whose file is No. 00054-2010-28-

2106-JR-PE-01, the same one that describes the lawsuit about minor injuries in its physical

assault modality which was carried out in the first sole proprietorship court -Huancané

judicial district Puno.

For this case, a judicial file on minor injuries was taken as a basis and for this work the

following research problem was raised: What are the characteristics of the concluded process

regarding minor injuries; file No. 00054-2010-28-2106-jr-pe-01 of the judicial district of

Puno - Huancané?

For the present research work, the main objective that we propose is as follows: Determine

the characteristics of the processes concluded in the judicial districts of Peru. Also, note that

the research is of type, qualitative quantitative, descriptive exploratory level, and non-

experimental, retrospective and cross-sectional design.

And for the respective analysis is based on the judicial file, selected by convenience

sampling; for the collection of data, observation techniques were used and as a tool the

checklist, validated by expert judgment.

Finally, in this section, with particular concern, I must affirm that the crime of minor injuries

in our society has increased considerably; this is because our legislature has issued laws that

sanction more effectively the people who commit this crime.
