3. BINARY PLAN (Matched Sales Bonus)

AIM Global’s Marketing is using a BINARY 1:1 System. Meaning, you have
your TWO (2) SALES FORCES: The Left and the Right. Once, there is a
match, you earn a MATCHED SALES BONUS or a PAIRING BONUS
worth as follows:

A & B who are your directs (meaning, you are the “sponsor”), are called as
your FIRST LEVEL DOWNLINES. How much will you earn from them?

The pairing bonus is up to INFINITY. For as long as there is a match either

in your left or right sales force, you will always earn 100,000 UGX (Global
Package).

POINT SYSTEM

Our binary system in AIM Global adopts the POINT SYSTEM. Meaning,
packages and products have an assigned POINTS. For example, the
Global Package is good for 1,200 Points. With this system, our Pairing or
Matched Sales Bonus can be earned in 3 instances:

I. Person (Package) to Person (Package)

1,200 Points + 1,200 Points = 100,000 UGX

Scenario: What if in your Left, recruitment is strong while in your right
product re-orders is fast moving? It is the points that will be counted by the
system. Once the product re-order points reaches 1,200 and will pair to a

SAFETY NETS OF THE COMPANY

RATIONALE of Safety Nets: To give our Company also an opportunity to

earn.

 For every 5th Matched Sales (5th pair), instead of 100,000 UGX, you
get a product or combination of products.

 Flushout System- Earn only from a maximum 16 pairs per day or 8

pairs per cycle (Global Package). Per day, there are two (2) cycles:
00:00am -11:59am and 12:00pm-11:59pm Philippine Time (UTC +8)

With this safety net, our potential income in AIM Global (Associate
Package):
Per Day – 1.6 Million UGX
Per Week – 11.2 Million UGX
Per Month – 48 Million UGX

Now, 1, 2 & 3 ways of earning in AIM Global are our ACTIVE INCOME and
can be earned DAILY, while 4,5 & 6 ways of earning are our PASSIVE
INCOME and can be earned MONTHLY.

Every time your downline will buy a product, you will earn 5% commission
as sponsor (for your direct) and another 5% commission as placement from
your first level up to tenth level.

Each product is assigned with a FIXED COMMISSIONAL POINT through

which we will get the 5% unilevel commission.

For example, the C24/7 has a commissional point of 18,300 x .05 = 915
UGX you will earn for every C24/7 Blister Pack being bought by your
downline anywhere in the world.

What if you have 1,000 downlines buying 1 C24/7 BP per month, so, it
would be 1,000 x 915 UGX = 915,000 UGX per month.

This is a PASSIVE INCOME because you are not working for it anymore,
but the system will pay you monthly for their monthly product purchases.

The special feature of this scheme is the Dynamic Compression. This

mechanism ensures that qualified Distributors will earn bonuses on all 10
levels without breakage to the inactive or non‐performing Distributors within
the earning levels. If among the 10 levels, one (1) level is inactive, the latter
will not be counted as a level. Instead, the eleventh (11th) level will take the
place of the tenth (10th) level, and so on.

MONTHLY MAINTENANCE: In order for you to be paid with your monthly

unilevel commission, you just have to buy at least 2 Blister Boxes of our
Complete or C24/7 which is good for .3336 points. This is the only
minimum requirement.

5. Stairstep Commission: 10% TO 30%

Stairstep System is on RANK PROMOTION of distributors through product

reorders. This income will be added to your unilevel commission received
monthly depending on your existing ranks.

If you are a SILVER EXECUTIVE, you will be earning an additional

stairstep commission of 10%. So, using C24/7 (915 UGX is the 5%), you
will have an income of 1,830 UGX per box of C24/7 – additional to your
unilevel of 915 UGX. Total of 2,745 UGX per box.

If you are a GOLD EXECUTIVE, you will be earning an additional stairstep

commission of 20% or 3,660 UGX for C24/7.

If you are a GLOBAL AMBASSADOR, you will be earning an additional

stairstep commission of 30% or 5,490 UGX for C24/7.

30% GLOBAL AMBASSADOR – 1,000 PTS

20% GOLD EXECUTIVE – 100 PTS
10% SILVER EXECUTIVE – 10 PTS
0% DISTRIBUTOR

Now, how to get the 1,000 pts, 100 pts, 10 pts in order for your rank to be
promoted to Global Ambassador, Gold Executive and Silver Executive,
respectively?

Answer: Each of the products also has a POSITIONAL POINTS. For

example, our C24/7 has .2 Positional Points. So, for you to earn 10 Points,
the group must have purchased a total of 50 Blister Boxes of C24/7 (50 x .2
= 10 Points).

Good News! To earn these points, it will not be your personal effort. It is a
GROUP ACCUMULATION OF POINTS.

Example: The group of A has purchased a total of 20 boxes, and the group
of B has a total of 30 boxes (20 +30 = 50), then, you will automatically earn
10 Points and become a SILVER EXECUTIVE immediately.
